We ARE all CONNECTED - CHECK it out!
Even if we are not aware of it yet, we are all connected!
With our own selves we would agree that we are 'one' person, but what we think, believe and do, sometimes seems like there is more than one person running the show and it can appear that we are separate entities or we have a positive self and a negative self or we just feel completely 'disconnected'.
Especially when we have the desire to do one thing and we end up doing the opposite and of course we have good intentions but we find ourselves saying things like "I want to do/eat/say the right thing but my mind/body/mouth has its own idea/mind" etc.
Who is in charge here anyway?! Of course we are 'one' being but it seems like we are made up of many parts and aspects.
So, is it such a quantum leap to imagine that all these separate beings, all living united on this planet, are also not in some way connected? Naturally, we are all unique in our own way and there is only one individual 'one' of us on the planet, but in the nature of life we are all living on the same planet or host, we all breathe the same air, share the same sky, sun, moon, earth, etc. What is it that makes us so divided? Is it so strange to think that we as human beings, may also share other things like consciousness, mind or energy, and that in some way we are indeed all 'connected'?
Let me put it another way; do you really believe that others can't 'feel' what you're thinking? Isn't it obvious to you when someone is angry or annoyed with you, even if they don't verbally acknowledge it? Don't you just 'pick up' some things about people, that you know are true but have no way of validating and at the best describe it as 'intuition' or 'a gut-feeling'?
If only we knew how to be creative or harness those 'feelings'. Well, like any other skill you have acquired, and with practice, you can! Just try this experiment next time you are in a position or situation that makes you feel like reacting, or your ego believes it needs to 'put someone in their place' - take a deep breath into your heart, and if you can't immediately feel compassion for the other person, ask in your heart for forgiveness, send the other person love from your heart, and if you don't know how to do this just put your attention on your heart and 'think' love, even for a few moments just do it quietly to yourself, and then watch/see what happens!
I think you will be amazed at what happens, if there is not an obvious shift in energy either in yourself, the other person or situation or those around you or near you, I would be very surprised. It always works, because Love Works!
Just try it next time you're in a supermarket at the checkout and you are feeling yourself get annoyed that you again picked the 'wrong' queue or the checkout operator is not perfect or not reacting exactly how you would expect! Ask yourself these questions: "am I reacting from my 'ego' here? Am I thinking I 'know' better? Do I have a connection to these people through my heart?"
Does it really work? What have you got to lose?.....why not take a deep breath and check it out!
It's not so hard to do, being creative in life is like anything we experience; it takes a bit of working out, and a bit of practice, but it's not meant to be difficult, it is meant to be enjoyable, an adventure and a journey. If you want to enjoy the journey, start to train and discipline your ego and send love instead, it works!
The secret is not in the knowledge, but in the experience.
If only it were true, that we have the power to change things, if only we could believe in the promised land...."ask and you shall receive, seek and you shall find"...all the answers are already there, we just have to listen!

We are all one

So the basis of all creativity, of Saraswati, is love. If there is no love there’s no creativity. It’s even in the deeper sense, you see. People who have created all the scientific things are also out of love for the masses, not for themselves. Nobody has produced anything for themselves. If they make something for themselves it has to become for universal use, otherwise it has no meaning. ...So, all the activity on the right hand side, of Saraswati, basically has to end up in love. Starts with love and ends up in love. Whichever does not end up in love coils up and finishes off. It just disappears. So you can see that even matter, which is not used for love, just finishes off. The basis has to be love.
